Due to power loss on one of the servers we have experienced a long 9 hours downtime. We dont know whther this was due to someone mistakenly unplugging our server or not. We are looking into it. That said, all services should be comming back online righ tnow.
Sorry for this unfortunate downtime. We will try to, together with the datacenter staff to find permanent solution to prevent un-intended power loss caused by loose plugs.
** Update **
Looks like the engineers in the datacenter while fixing the issue with the cables, unfortunately rebooted two other servers. Shit happens but we have another downtime to deal with. Hopefully this did not caused major issues with data and we did not loose anthing in the process. They say the cables now should be firmly connected so hopefully the problems are solved.
